Sebastian was 10/10, very technical, extremely efficient, and knowledgeable, and fixed our 2021 Lennox heater in 2.5 hours after going through all the checks, finding that the main electric wires on the relay boards were loose, likely causing overheating and the main breaker to shut off, as well as finding a short in the outdoor unit that caused the low voltage break. This HVAC has broken every winter for the past 3 years and the original company that installed it has not been able to fix it (in spite of being here sometimes for 10 hours at a time). We are so very grateful to have found BMC/Clower on the Lennox website and get lucky enough to have Sebastian. Very efficient, knowledgable, and reasonably priced (they KNOW what they are doing to be able to DIAGNOSE AND SOLVE, rather than just sell). Highly recommend. They also show up on time. Edit Sept 2026: Still stans of BMC Clower. They installed a new HVAC & Water Heater for our primary home and my parents' condo, and were able to work with me on a tricky install location for a tightly fitting outdoor compressor and prioritized customer satisfaction. I really appreciate that in the initial quote process BMC Clower did all of the work to present options AND price out the full set of available credits/rebates available to give us the best value option with current rebates, saving us $7k for the system. John Clower and his right hand man Kevin- Know. Their. Stuff. I have ductless mini split units as my HVAC in my home and when I noticed a little water sometimes dripping- they were able to identify the issue, explain it and make me feel confident they resolved it. They are knowledgeable, competent, hardworking, professional, honest and do excellent work! Not everyone in this field has the expertise, experience or skill and it shows. BMC Clower bought the company that originally put in the AC in my 100 year old house. They have been outstanding in caring for my unit and even provided emergency services in the 4th of July weekend. Recently Sebastian came out to do a routine service call and was extremely professional and efficient. He made recommendations that were appropriate and well appreciated. I had a great experience from the professionals at B.M.C. Clower today.  I have, sad to say, neglected the HVAC equipment at a house I no longer live in.  But I was pretty sure at least one of my two units wasn't working.  Called at 9 AM.  Not an emergency but got a 12-2 PM arrival time service window.  My technician, Joe York, arrived within the window and got right to work.  After a few minutes, neither unit was deemed operational.  Joe was undaunted.  He systematically went about troubleshooting the various problems.  After about an hour, cool air generated by both units was filling my hot house.  I had expected the diagnosis might cause replacement of one or both 20 year old units.  So this was a much better outcome than I expected.  Thanks so much to Joe and Clower for this outcome. I am military stationed overseas, so making repairs accross time zones is difficult.  My home back in the US had a heater issue.  The control board broke and the heat would not turn on.  BMC Clower came to my property, figured out the problem, and addressed it promptly.  The ease of the whole process and professionalism from this company was outstanding.  Even when the ordered part did not match my old furnace, they were able to find the right part the same day, and fix the heat for family living in my home. We just used B.M.C./Clower to replace our old HVAC with a new heat pump.  They did an outstanding job.  Every touchpoint was excellent.  We appreciated follow up From Glen as well as Sarah and the gentlemen that did the actual installation were excellent; very diligent and hard working and were very polite and careful with our house.
