Job Description

We are seeking motivated, skilled residential installation technicians to enhance our team in the DC Metro Area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch heating and air conditioning installations, contributing to our mission of delivering quality and reliable HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Installation of heating and air conditioning systems, including heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, mini splits and package units.
• Evaluate system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Must have proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role for minimum of three years.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical principles.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA and CFC certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
